Mechanics are independent service providers and are not employees, agents, or representatives of Roady App.

Roady App does not guarantee the availability of any specific mechanic, service quality, repair outcome, or completion time.

5. Service Requests and Bookings

Customers may submit service requests by providing accurate vehicle details and service requirements.

Mechanics may accept or reject service requests based on their availability.

Once a booking is accepted, both parties are expected to fulfill their respective obligations.

Repeated cancellations or misuse of the booking system may result in account suspension.

6. Pricing and Payments

• Disputes between Customers and Mechanics.

• Loss of profits, indirect damages, or consequential losses.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Roady App's liability shall be limited to the amount paid for the relevant booking.
