Delete Your Account — Roady
At Roady, we value your privacy and provide a simple way to delete your account and personal data. If you no longer wish to use our services, follow the instructions below.
Option 1: Delete via the App
- Open the Roady app on your mobile device.
- Navigate to Profile → View Profile → Account Information and open the options menu.
- Tap on Delete My Account and follow the on-screen prompts.
- Your account and all associated data will be permanently and immediately deleted.
Option 2: Delete via Email
If you are unable to access the app, you can request manual deletion of your account by sending us an email.

Subject: Account Deletion Request
Please include:
- Your registered phone number or email address
- Reason for deletion request (optional)
What Happens After Deletion?
- All personal data, including your profile settings, ride history, and payment details, will be permanently removed.
- Any active service requests, mechanic bookings, or subscriptions will be canceled automatically.
- Manual deletion requests sent via email are processed within 7 business days.
Important Notice
If you have any pending payments, active disputes, or outstanding refunds, they must be fully resolved before your account deletion request can be finalized.
